Kitchen and Bath

• Inspect/ Repair Tub / Shower Caulk
• Inspect / Repair Sink Caulk
• Inspect / Repair Grout in Showers

• Clean Fridge condenser coils
• Test water pressure, ensure it is between 50 to 75 psi
