This is very unlikely if the plan is the right size for your home. However, you do the opportunity to purchase additional hours at a discounted rate. These discounted rates are, Regular Tradesperson at $25 per hour and Senior Tradesperson at $45 per hour.

Just let us know, we will estimate, plan and bring in other skill sets as required. You can apply unused hours from your maintenance plan. You have the opportunity to purchase additional hours at a predefined discounted rate.

I have seen places charging $200 per month and only guarantee 3 (three) hours work for that. I just don’t think that is fair. My tradespeople would rather get a set amount of money and build on their knowledge of each place. Working with clients that will quickly appreciate their skills and help, rather than wasting half their time quoting for work they only have a chance of getting. Simply put they don’t spend their time selling their services, but focus on what they enjoy, providing top notch service to clients, with whom, they develop a professional relationship.

My Tradesperson don’t waste time quoting for services or work they might not get. They get a predictable income and develop their knowledge and efficiency in maintaining your house.

First, they are all licensed and insured. Second, I have been involved in the property business for 8 years. In that time, I have used a lot of different tradespeople. I have had enough time to work with the best. Third, we increase our knowledge on your property with each visit. We will be more efficient than someone who has not developed that knowledge.

We will try to send the same person, there may be occasions when a specific work item is not within the skill set of your regular person, or they are unavailable. Please rest assured if we send someone else, they will be briefed on your property.
